The Super Scout trips are Troop 116's annual High Adventure trips for the senior Scouts. Sailing is one of our more popular activities for these Super Scout trips. We have a strong tradition of taking special week-long live-aboard sailing cruises, and have done so 13 times in since 1981. Sailing locations have ranged from the Chesapeake Bay, Pamlico Sound, Charleston, South Florida and the Keys, Belize in the western Caribbean, and the British Virgin Islands. The BVI is the location planned for 2012. The sailing trips offer the more experienced older Scouts a great opportunity to participate in a challenging adventure and learn leadership and teamwork skills.
