Presentation of Founder's Award to Bob Kearley

Founder's Award
The O.A. Founder's Award is presented annually by the National Order of the Arrow Committee, Boy Scouts of America. The selection of the recipients, one youth (under age 21) and one adult, is made by the Lodge each year based upon outstanding service to the Lodge and for demonstrating to their fellow Arrowmen that they memorialize in their everyday life the spirit of achievement as described by Founder E. Urner Goodman and Co-Founder Carroll A. Edson.
